What Flow State does exceptionally well lies in the magic of Dave & Rach’s characters. Comedic and relaxed by nature, they have managed to cultivate a strong following on their Instagram and Facebook pages, regularly engaging with customers on posts and ads alike.
Savvy Touch is an NZ-based company that uses the best native ingredients from Aotearoa to create 100% natural products. As an e-commerce store, they needed a website that could handle the demands of their customers while providing an excellent user experience. It takes only a few seconds for a customer to decide whether they want to stay, so speed was of the utmost importance.
To meet these requirements, Frisson Media implemented custom scripts to make the website assets lightweight and loading faster. We also replaced application dependencies with better ones and removed unnecessary applications and dependencies. This allowed us to reduce the requests that the site makes, making sections easier to navigate and more user-friendly.
Our collaboration with Forkit has led to a diverse content strategy that includes engaging product feature ads, relatable videos, celebrity endorsements, and behind-the-scenes glimpses. We’ve found success in incorporating dynamic, interactive content and experimenting with educational posts to maintain audience interest. By continually refining our approach and adapting to audience preferences, Forkit continues to excel in its social media presence!
